I like it. I would like to recommend it. When we arrived a host-woman met us in front of the apparnment. She gave us the key,explain everything and left. We lived like a real citizens with a private flat.This variant is good for couples,families, groups of friends. Good location and also a benefit that you have a kitchen in the ftat, so you can cook,not everytime going to the restaurants. Not the most beatiful and safe district, but just 15 minutes walking to Coliseum.

great value for money. 10mins walk away from Coliseum, the staff is perhaps its best asset: the manager took as out at night and even gave us a bottle of sparkling wine to celebrate new year's eve.

The hostel itself was actually an apartment which was nice because we had a two bed so we each got our own room and we shared a fully furnished kitchen and bathroom with the master bedroom. The hostel itself was great but it was a little difficult to get checked in because you have to set up an appointment ahead of time with them because they don't have an attendant. Location wise, it depends what you want. It is a 5 min walk from Termini train station but it is a 15 minutes walk from the Coliseum. The part of town it is in is not what Rome represents so to be able to do pretty much anything you need to walk at least 10 minutes. If you are fine with that then you will enjoy this cozy hostel!

I was in a room for 5 people. It had a small and complete bathroom and two bedrooms. One of them had 2 beds (3 people) and the other had 2 beds (2 people), a kitchen and a table. I could cook and save money. I had the room key and I had my luggage in a safe way.

he apartments are situated only few minutes from Colosseum, everything was clean, we had a nice time, we recommend a casa simpatia to everybody. Ciao Paolo e gracie

For me it was the perfect hotel (hostel): a perfect position in the city, clean, good neighborhood, friendly staff.
If you don't want to spend to much on a hotel, but just want a nice stay in Rome this is perfect...

Staff very helpful and friendly. Very close to a lot of the sights and station termini

The appartement is really recomended for families and friends' groups that need to have more than classic hostels. For cold rainy days in December we've found warmy rooms, completely-utilited kitchen, eeeeextra bed, personal private bathroom and Paolo's greatest hospitality. Every time we'll return to see Rome we'll be thare..
